Just off the Magnificent Mile, this newly renovated retail space is now home to Stadium Goods’ second location in the country. This go-to sneaker store, features two floors, 17 ft. ceilings on the first floor and has 6,000+ sqft. of space. The entire space is covered in glass, mirrors, chrome, and light. LG designed and built a massive floating silvered steel and glass custom staircase hung overhead from the structure above. A 60×16 foot wall is located right as you enter and holds nearly 1,000 sneakers.

This mixed use four-story property is located on fashionable East Oak Street in the heart of the retail district, Gold Coast. Formerly occupied by three ground floor retailers and several tenants upstairs, the property was underutilized and no longer represented the highest and best use for the street. We worked with Jenel Management and NORR Architects to create this luxury tenant oriented high-window lined development, utilizing the property’s location and 110 feet of store frontage.

LG Construction Group was selected by Transceramica’s corporate headquarters in Italy to perform a full gut rehab of their tile showroom in Chicago, IL. In just five weeks, LG Construction transformed the existing space into an elaborate Italian-designed venue exhibiting impeccable tile displays.

The impressive Italian-designed, 5,000 sq. ft. space was been reconfigured to showcase 8,000 sq. ft. of installed Italian and U.S. custom made tile. The showroom features kitchens designed by Italian designer Roberto Garbugli, displays by the Transceramica Italia team, Riccardo Zobbi and Katia Sangiorgi, Transceramica’s Chicago team, Vasilko Architects, and interior designer, Chiara Toffanin.

One of the very first mixed-use, transit-oriented developments in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood consists of 60 apartment units and 16,000 square feet of retail. This $25 million project’s proximity to the Division Blue Line train station will encourage residents to take advantage of Chicago’s public transportation, providing easy access to downtown, O’Hare International Airport, and everywhere in between.

This is a renovation of an existing two-story brick and heavy timber structure. We added a 3rd story and are rebuilding the entire East façade to allow for public rooftop terrace and additional interior square footage. The vanilla buildout for future retailers includes all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout plus a common area roof top deck, full elevator and landscaping elements.
