This is a renovation of an existing two-story brick and heavy timber structure. We added a 3rd story and are rebuilding the entire East façade to allow for public rooftop terrace and additional interior square footage. The vanilla buildout for future retailers includes all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout plus a common area roof top deck, full elevator and landscaping elements.
