Units feature Terrazo-style tile and wood slat ceiling/wall treatments, luxury vinyl tile floors, textured woodgrain base cabinets in Kitchens and quartz countertops.
We’re transforming the 16-story Insurance Center Building into 132 apartments, 4 floors of office, and ground floor retail.

We added three stories and around 60,000 square feet of new construction to an existing 5-story brick timber loft building, transforming it into 160,000 square feet of luxury condominiums. This 41 unit project offers one, two, three, and four bedroom residences, as well as six 5,000+ square foot penthouses. This mixed use four-story property is located on fashionable East Oak Street in the heart of the retail district, Gold Coast. Formerly occupied by three ground floor retailers and several tenants upstairs, the property was underutilized and no longer represented the highest and best use for the street. We’re working with Jenel Management to create this luxury tenant oriented development, utilizing the property’s location with high window-lined and beautiful storefronts.
We’re transforming this 5,100 SqFt warehouse into a one-story commercial building, with two tenant build-outs: Limitless Coffee & TBD.
This will be a 4-story steel structure clad with masonry. There will be a parking garage below, 8 rental units on floors 1-3, and the 4th floor penthouse will feature a pool enclosed in a 4 season retractable room.
