We worked with Studio K Creative and Space Architects + Planners to bring a modern touch to this 1950’s Hollywood glamour restaurant.

BLVD’s ground floor features the main dining room and bar, and the second floor has a dining room, second bar, and second-floor balcony will house lounge seating.

The focus of the restaurant is the grand staircase which wraps around the main bar on the first floor, as well as glitzy touches like gold mirrors and extravagant chandeliers.

Boka Restaurant Group selected LG Construction to build its latest epicure triumph, GT Prime. After seven months of hard work, the two-story, 5,600 square foot restaurant seats 140 of Chicago’s hungriest carnivores.
Architecture by Jonathon Splitt Architects Ltd., and designed by Karen Herold of Studio K, GT Prime evokes the feeling of a beautifully rustic modern day fairy tale. Raw wood, cabernet-stained concrete floors, brass tones and naturalesque touches like faux fur chairs and taxidermy-covered walls, mix perfectly with the large crystal chandelier to give GT Prime a moody and intimate experience unlike anything else Chicago’s steakhouse scene has to offer.

The lobby is a bi-level lounge with a tennis racquet installation, mural-covered scoreboards, and a full-service coffee bar.

Core Spaces office was a 7,000 square foot, 4th and 5th floor addition to an existing three story building. In addition to the base building upgrade, it consisted of all new MEP’s throughout as well as interior decorative stairs, wall cladding and millwork. In total it includes two large conference rooms, 14 private offices, a full kitchen/activity room and kitchenette. Three new skylights add light and warmth to the 5th floor open floor plan, and a new deck terrace provides sweeping views of the Chicago skyline.
