We worked with NORR Architects to build this 5-story mixed-use project, which contains 10,000SF of ground floor retail, 50 rental units, and 15 off-street parking spaces.

The project consists of 109 high-end residential rental units and 9,789 square feet of retail, and is extremely unique as it will be the only building in Chicago with direct access to the 606 Trail. The project features a gym, rooftop lounge and deck for resident use, as well as retail on the first and second floor, with direct access to the trail from the second floor. It also has 2 townhomes in the back with private entrances on Artesian Ave.
This four story mixed-use project features 4,600 sqft of retail on the first floor, 30 residential units with a private lobby/entrance, communal roof top deck space with grill and fire place, 8 covered parking spaces, and 30 secure bike spaces. Units feature Terrazo-style tile and wood slat ceiling/wall treatments, luxury vinyl tile floors, textured woodgrain base cabinets in Kitchens and quartz countertops.
We transformed this historic 136,855 SF, 17-story building into 5,200 SF of retail on the first floor, 24,000 SF of offices on floors 2-5, and 132-apartments on floors 6-16. There’s a communal gym, yoga studio, and lounge on the 5th floor, and lounge, kitchen, and rooftop deck on 17th floor.

We added three stories and around 60,000 square feet of new construction to an existing 5-story brick timber loft building, transforming it into 160,000 square feet of luxury condominiums. This 41 unit project offers one, two, three, and four bedroom residences, as well as six 5,000+ square foot penthouses. All units feature expansive private outdoor spaces with sweeping views of the city, 13-15ft ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end appliances and finishes, including multiple designer selections for tile, countertops, floor stain, and cabinetry. On-demand dry cleaning, private elevator access, fitness center, large common deck, and guest entertainment area are just a few of the extraordinary amenities offered at the Ronsley.
This historic South Loop building was converted into 30 fully furnished 2, 3, and 4 bedroom off-campus hotel-like apartments, with enough beds for 119 people. The high-ceiling units come fully furnished and designer finishes. The buildings amenities include a coffee shop, study lounge, fitness center, bike storage and repair room, and rooftop club room and terrace with grills and fire pits.
