619 South LaSalle
Chicago, IL 60605
The Library Lofts, originally built in 1909 as a book binding warehouse, was abandon until LG constructed it into 106 luxury lofts.
The apartments have elements of the classic loft, large windows, high ceilings, wood floors and exposed ductwork. Central air and in-unit stacked washer/dryers are also included. The building also includes a rooftop deck with seating areas and gas grills as well as a resident entertainment lounge, decorated to reflect the building’s book binding history.
